Easy Christmas Cookies For A Merry Christmas and Happy Christmas

Ingredients:

  • 1 Box Devil’s Food Cake Mix2 Eggs
  • 6 Tbs Vegetable Oil

Topping:

  • 3-4 Bricks of White Almond Bark
  • 1 Cup Andes Peppermints Crushed

Directions:

Mix the cake mix with the eggs and oil. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Scoop the dough into one-inch balls and place these onto your baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes. Let these cool. Meanwhile, melt the back. Dip half of the cookie into the melted bark and cover with the crushed peppermint candy.

Italian Christmas Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon anise extract
  • Extra powder sugar

Glaze:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Nonpareil Sprinkles

Directions:

Whisk together the flour, salt and baking powder, sit side. Beat the butter and sugar together until creamy. Add the eggs one a time into the butter mixture, then add the vanilla and anise. Slowly mix this into the flour mixture. Refrigerate the dough for one hour. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Roll the dough into one-inch balls, then press down slightly. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Make the glaze by sifting the powdered sugar into a bowl and mixing in the milk and vanilla. Dip each cookie into the glaze, then top with sprinkles.

Gooey Butter Cookies for Merry Christmas and Happy Christmas

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 white cake mix
  • ½ cup sprinkles, divided
  • ½  cup confectioner’s sugar

Directions:

Cream the butter and cream cheese, then add the egg and vanilla. Take the cake mix and add this to the mixture. Then stir in the sprinkles and refrigerate for at least one hour. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and scoop rounded dough onto the baking sheet. Sprinkle the ball with sprinkles and roll in the confectioner’s sugar. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

Holiday Monster Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (see Cook’s Note)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 sticks (1 cup) of unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs plus 2 egg yolks
  • 2 cups mixed red and green candy-coated chocolates, such as M and M’s
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups roughly chopped pretzel rods
  • 1 1/3 cups chopped peppermint puffs
  • 1 1/3 cups white chocolate chips

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Then combine the butter, brown sugar and sugar. Then add the vanilla and eggs. Add the chocolate candies, oats, pretzels, peppermint and white chocolate chips once the mixture is smooth, then mix all together. Roll the dough into balls, then bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
